“I would like to take part, but... Self-acceptance of your own upper body & empowerment” Participants are made aware of what it means for personal development when their own body parts are taboo, whereas others are naturally allowed to show theirs. They learn how liberating a different approach to their own chest can be and share their experiences. The target groups are individuals read female who want to be self-confident about their bodies, especially the uncovered upper body, people who work with adolescents and support them in developing a self-confident body image and anyone who wants to support the first two groups. At the end of the workshop, there will be the opportunity to take a walk around the grounds without covering your upper body.
