Planning notes money handling: we use donations from last year to print+buy cups (and other equipment, like water boilers). the cups are handed out on a deposit base -- the non-returned cups and other donations are collected to invest into cups etc. next congress.

this worked fine so far since 31c3.

The coffee nerds bring some coffee brewing equipment (both filter and espresso), including boilers, aeropress, v60, grinders, and enjoy to show people how to use this equipment properly. We are happy if more people join to help others brewing their coffee (we're a bit low on staff, and each congress is exhausting if you help to prepare coffee for >8 hours each day).
