Planning notes	Place behind infodesk was great last year! Note: because of SHA2017, the Dutch hackerspaces community is even more vibrant than normal so we expect an even busier assembly.
past congress review	Before 30c3, we had informal assemblies. At 30c3 the other Dutch hackerspaces hiked along with TechInc and at 31c3 there was a proper Hackerspaces.nl assembly, with TechInc as one of the sub-assemblies. At 32c3 we had just Hackerspaces.nl behind the infodesk and it was very busy and crowded; we initially got 6 seats and upgraded to 20 during the first two days, and even that wasn't enough during peak hours.
