Please bring your own Laptops (VirtualBox-images will be distributed, so please have VirtualBox installed) to participate! We start with some general background about NWP-related topics and then dive into WRF, one of the most popular NWP models. We cover data pre-processing, running the model and post-processing including basic visualization of the results.
