Indymedia Germany - Independent Media Center (IMC)
indymedia likes to participate in the CCC Congress once again. As in the years before we'd like to participate in four different ways:
- Write + publish on 26C3 on IMC Germany
- Outreach for the imc-cms working group. Presentation and talk about the upcoming indymedia content management system and the current state of development. We need more developers (php/python)!
- Contact and meeting point for people doing various indymedia tech work. We are also always looking for new hosting places (outside of EU) and can offer ours in return.
- Contact and Meeting Point for alternative mail, hosting and service providers (radical tech collectives) throughout the world.
We will need 4 Tables, 14 seats.
Around 10-12 IMC People from various german cities and different other countries will come to the congress and to report about the congress on their local IMCs. Various people will always stay at the table.
