Ciphire Mail
Next Generation Email Encryption, Now
A technical introduction to Ciphire Mail, a new email encryption solution. We will discuss the design, concept, and technical aspects of the system, and demonstrate how usability, security, and trust mechanisms are improved.
Email is the killer application of the Internet. But only a scintilla of all messages are encrypted or digitally signed. Why is that? Technologies like PGP and X.509 have been available for years.
Most individuals and organizations do not deploy email encryption for three simple reasons: complexity, cost, and the limited usability of client applications.
This presentation provides a technical introduction to Ciphire Mail, a new email encryption solution. We will discuss the design, concept, and technical aspects of the system, and demonstrate how usability, security, and trust mechanisms are improved.
