@df2 (they/them) teaches suspension basics to intermediately experienced rope folks

df2 (they/them) is hosting a workshop for people interested in shibari/bondage rope suspensions. This workshop is targeted towards intermediately experienced folks. You should know how to handle rope and have experience with tying or being tied. If you are not able to confidently tie a single-column tie and some upper body harness, visiting a beginner's workshop instead is recommended.

Spaces are limited for a lack of hard points.

Things to bring: - comfortable clothes - something to drink - a heavy backpack - your own rope, ideally. For the first exercise, some rope is available to borrow.

Topics that will be covered (if we have time): - general safety - nerve safety - upline management - suspending a single column - a simple, suspendable harness and how to suspend it

If this time does not work for you, feel free to DM df2 and if there is demand, another workshop can be scheduled on Friday or Saturday.
