Wireless:DSL 4 Freifunk

From Chaos Communication Camp 2007

This shows a possible solution to get dsl (16mbit adsl2+) from the neighbourhood.

there is a very friendly mr. guenther from the car-garage, he has 1 or 2 mbit and is willing to upgrade his dsl line to 16mbit. we (freifunk) pay the upgrade costs for this time.

the garage has a very high mast with direct sight to one house and this - as you see - has direct sight to the camp area.
