This is more or less some kind of 'do it yourself' workshop. The basic idea is the permanent exchange, improvement or implementation of new features to increase the ( Secondary ) overall Voltage output.
Finally ( if there is the posibility and the Tesla Coil works fine ) we would like to invite you to a short trip in history, espacially about the life of Nicolais Tesla and the influences of his work on generation and transmission of energy in the following years until now. Finally we would like to show you our tesla coil and some nice experiment round high voltage and tesla coils.

Tesla coils are working with a high input power ( this ones input voltage ist 10kV(eff.) at a current of aprox. 80mA, which ist around 800 Watts ), ( more or less high frequency ), an VERY HIGH OUTPUT VOLTAGE. Individuals with a pacemaker, implants or internal Staying alive ist prior to everything else, even "curiosity" ( note: curiosity kills the cat ). There will be a chance to tale a more precise look on the things AFTER the show.

Since ~3 weeks we are building a Tesla-Coil. Most parts are already built finish and running. We have problems with our capacitor and trying today some other capabilities (Leydener bottles, a different method with PP foil and so on) Earlier versions of the capacitor consisted of a simple staple of some Aluminium foil and PVC or PCB material as isolators / electrolyte. After 2 days of several problems we decided to use Leydener bottles, in fact a simple "Mate"-botlle, filled with salted water and wrapped with aluminium foil. Each bottle has a ( measured ) capacity of aprox. 0.7nF ( in words nano Farad ) and we are using a hole crate ( 20 bottles ) to

You can visit the coil in our camp and give us hints how to do some things better :)
Our plan is to finish on saturday evening and show some potent sparcs.

Showing high voltage primary transformator board. Set up ist 3 Transformators, each 15KV Uss ( 10KV eff ) at 20mA, aprox 200W, in parallel connection to each other, producing 60mA output current.
