[edit] Separate Cash Desk Team

At the moment the Entrance Team seems to be the Cash Desk Team. But in fact there are other tasks located at the entrance, those are:

  • fixing the badges/ribbons at visitors arms
  • directing visitors
  • checking visitors entry permissions

I don't want to have anything to do with that, since coordinating the cashes will be enough work to do. Anyways we need volunteers and a coordinator for those other entrace tasks. I would suggest to devide the Cash Desk Team from the Entrance Team. Maybe we use a unique site for Entrance but have several teams for different tasks on it. Checking visitors permissions at the entrace in fact is a security task, so maybe it should be coordinated by security honk. --LeV 21:26, 7 July 2007 (CEST)
