what is this all about
A2600 is a small project run by 9 people who love their old Atari 2600 and think a cheap open source version of it would kick ass. Thats is why we want to meet at the 28C3 and continue our project of building an Atari 2600 clone based on a lightly modified uzebox(http://belogic.com/uzebox/). project status
In the last year we stared to implement an interface for the original games. During this work we were running in serious performance problems. At 28c3 we will try to solve this problems.

why clone an Atari 2600?
beacuse we are just doing it for fun and there is no console that is more fun than an Atari 2600 and the real Atari 2600 hardware is starting to get rare
