User Registration System for Europe.
Unlike many Asian countries, Europe does not have a user verification system. Such is system is needed in order to enforce age protection. Unless the EU creates such a system, online business and age protection issues will always remain to be uncertain business practices. The question is how will EU politican approve such a system if they haven“t event started about building one. If such a system would be in place, the challenge would remain to be to get it ratified politically. This talk searches for advice.
