Schwatz
The plan is to hack all night on a simplistic decision finding tool. Schwatz relates to our established democratic debate cultures as twitter does to personal communication or as digg does to the press. A first prototype is currently being hacked together in OCaml and should serve as a basis for further work on the congress.
