Facilities
- Maschinenraum can be stuffed with about 20 dragons and will be used for streaming.
- Sitzungssaal is somewhat bigger and will also be used for streaming.
- Cafe s140 is even larger and is perfectly suited for consuming caffeinated drinks and birds-of-a-featheresque kind of hanging out. Probably that's a good place for ancient pong and other games.

Food
Some kind of Volxküche is rather likely, pizza can be ordered online and the best freedom fries in Weimar are fried within walking distance.

- plan Volksküche
- decide which panels will be streamed
- promotion (posters, flyer, press release, signpost weimar)
- figure out if we can get receieve seperate streams from the slides and the camera
- make the rooms dark
- hook up to the congress network
