Levitation
Levitation is the name of a software collection that is being developed to convert the Wikipedia database into Git repositories, but also the name of the general “movement” that is working on designing a vision for a new, crowd-driven, decentralized way to collect all human knowledge. Workshop
There will be a workshop after day 3, from 0:00 to 2:00 in the night (i.e. this night) in the A03 workshop room. We will give an introduction into Levitation, talk about its current status, the problems we are facing and how to solve them. See also the Workshop list.

Some of us are at the congress. We have occupied part of the “Hack the Wiki” table in level C, diagonally opposite of the POC, at the stairs. There’s a table with lots of vintage phone and other hardware directly in front of us. Come on over and say hi! People hanging around here are Scytale (really short dark hair and a dark grey scarf) and BenBE.
