Thomas Bader ist Mit-Organisator der Schweizer Big Brother Awards und Präsident der Swiss Internet User Group (SIUG).
Ein weiteres Projekt, bei dem Thomas aktiv mitarbeitet, befindet sich gerade im Aufbau und nennt sich "Digitale Allmend" - eine Kampagne zur Förderung von freier Verfügbarkeit und Nutzung von Informationen.
