For WTH2005, I rode from Brussels to Eindhoven with my bicycle. 130km. Doable. Berlin is 850km, so it would take me a week or more (or 2.5 days with enough EPO). I'm not sure that I want to sacrifice that much vacation. (Somehow, I'm still considering it).
