[edit] Trip planning for the CCC event

[edit] Going there

  • Leaving on 2007-08-05, 7:00.
  • Leaving Belgium from Brussels, with a detour by La Hulpe/Ohain to pick up the trailer.
  • STILL TO CONFIRM: Stop at Turnhout to pick up a passenger (tvlooy), it's really on the way, so no problem for me there...
  • Stop for about 1 hour around 12:00 to eat something.
  • Stop every 2 hours or 200km, whichever come first, for about 10 to 15 minutes to go to toilet and have a walk, the car is quite small.
  • Arrival on 2007-08-05 at about 17:00.

[edit] Going home

  • Departure on 2007-08-13
  • Waking up at 8:00-9:00 and pack all the stuff
  • Leaving the site at around 10:30
  • Regular stops every two hours (like above)
  • Arrival at La Hulpe/Ohain around 22:30 to drop the trailer
  • Arrival to Brussels at around 23:00
