Following hurricane Katrina, hundreds of thousands of people were hit with one of the worst disasters in US history; the mismanagement and neglect of the government, better known in New Orleans as the FEDERAL FLOOD.
While the major media and the government itself carry out an information blackout about the details of this ongoing disaster, some bloggers and podcasters have taken matters into their own hands, reporting the news, exposing the corruption, and using the internet to speak directly to the outside world. This presentation is about my first hand experience, and their ongoing struggle.
